Prior to HomeOwner’s Advantage, Hagan was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Hagemeyer North America. He has held executive positions in Radiant Systems, The Coca-Cola Company, and Ernst & Young’s management consulting practice working with a number of Fortune 500 clients. He has extensive background in finance, operations, information technology, and strategic planning. Mr. Hagan serves as a leader on a number of external business and organizations including the Board of Advisors for the University of Massachusetts College of Management, Board of Directors for FilterSense Corporation, and a number of residential and master association boards and is a licensed real estate professional.

Dion DeLoof co-founded Anteo Group in August of 2002. Before founding Anteo Group, Dion completed 10 years with Allegis Group Inc. His tenure with Allegis Group included a six-year term in Europe where he led Allegis’ first integration of an acquisition, as Director of European Operations for Andlock, The Hague, Netherlands; as well as roles including European Division Director, Engineering Services, Allegis Group, London, England and Director of U.K. Operations, IT Services, Allegis Group, London, England. DeLoof earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hope College. Currently, Dion is responsible for over-all day-to-day responsibilities at Anteo Group.
